I was wondering if this situation has ever been tested.
Road is rather hilly, you have just crested one hill, going down the "valley" created by the next hill. The LEO is on top of the next hill running laser.
Your car is at a "down angle" towards the LEO and his trusty laser gun. How does a laser jammer fair in this situation, with the nose of your car (and jammer heads)at a downward angle towards the laser source?
Most of the tests I have seen are on flat roads, and I have seen several LEOs around here doing just this.
