Do you all think I'd have a hard time passing inspection on my car if I had LI installed? Couldn't I just said it was a parking sensor? What are your thoughts? My car is registered in TN (where jammers are illegal).
Thanks,
Alan

I don't know as I have never had a need to, but just in case I have the owners’ manual in the glove box that says it is a parking sensor. There is a way to wire it so it is full on parking sensor as well, just for occasions such as that. There is a thread about that somewhere here but it is late and I am lazy.
parking sensor but I never had any of my jammer heads questioned when I go for inspection so don't worry about it
Spoiler: show
They will never question it on inspection. Why would they even look at the grille. I would get the LI and wire in the additional switch so if the need arrises you can put the LI in total parking mode.

Where is the thread to do the total parking mode? I can't seem to find it when I search for it .
just say its a parking sensor and u wont have any probs
It is in fact, a parking sensor.
You can prove it, by parking close to a wall or another car bumper and turn it on let them hear it beep (as long as you have it set to factory specs).
I dont think jammers are on the inspection list. I also dont think they would really care if they even knew what it was.
If you get a prick(hall monitor snitch assed punk) who questions it just take your car elswhere for inspection.
