Default Proper use of an illegal Laser Jammer

    So, gentlemen
I just put a blinder on my wishlist and I'm in a State where jamming is very illegal. (Southern California)
When I get one installed, are there any tips or techniques for using it in a way to prevent "obvious" jamming and get busted?

When the jammer goes off, don't panic! Slow down to a safe/legal speed, and then shut the jammer off so the LEO can get a reading. They'll just see it as a slight delay getting a lock on your car, something which often happens even on cars without jammers.

Whatever you do, make sure not to "jam to gun", as in preventing him from getting a reading at all. This can arouse suspicion.

The newest Blinders (M27/M47, coming soon) have 2 features which can help: one is timed jamming, where it will jam for a certain amount of time and then stop automatically, in case you forget to shut it off. The other is a parking sensor mode. If you get pulled over, you simply flip the switch from "jammer" to "parking sensor". If the LEO tries to confirm that you have a jammer, it'll act as a parking sensor instead.
If I'm passing you on the right, YOU are in the wrong lane!

If speed kills, how come I'm still alive?

Wow. Thanks a lot, that definately cleared things up for me. All I have to do now is wait for the Blinder M27 to come out... and a forum member in Southern Cali to help install it haha!
