Hundreds of people out-brake laser in one night

I loaned out my PL3 to my local freindly PD that does not shoot laser at this time for some R&D testing. They might be getting guns soon so I offered them a free test ride before their guns get approved & arrive. They made no traffic stops, just expermented with the guns performance on the road ways. Anyone with a detector traveling well over the PSL thought they outbraked a direct lidar hit during the several days of testing.

One thing I learned from this is most officers are clueless on the advantages of lidar over radar. Being able to defeat radar detectors don't even cross their mind. It is just another hand held radar gun to them.

Might do a ride along later this week & get some marked patrol car shooting in myself.
