Going for a jammer now that I have maxed out my veil application. The front section of my E90 Bmw 328i presents some challenges. I've seen the Laser Interceptor install tutorial that another member did on his 335i. It has great elements of a stealth install and, still seems to have good performance The tests performed appeared to be on a straight away though, not an ambush off axis shot at close range. The LI install had heads vertically placed between the grill slats. I know the heads are really supposed to be installed horizontally. The emitters are likely projecting the return beam more vertically than horizontally as a result, yes? I'm curious what you guys think. Would the vertical placement of a diode type head in the upper grill be superior, inferior or, about the same as a horizontal M27 blinder head placement in the lower grill. Keep in mind the lower grill is segmented into three parts on the 328i. Also, is a more powerful diode emitter more likely to trigger jam codes than an led head?
