Alright so I ended up with my plan B car. Cheaper, better on gas.
Small, black. But there's no where convenient to mount the heads (as far as I can tell).
Stock photo facing front:
It seems like if I mount in the upper grille the heads will be too close together to provide total protection for the fog lights and head lights.
If I mount in the bottom grille I think that the heads are again too far away from the headlights.
So my best idea so far has been to mount them as shown: (perhaps an inch or two higher)
I think the plate, head lights, and headlamps would all be covered adequately enough for reliable JTG performance. However I am a new comer to lidar jamming and would appreciate some feedback here.
Would exterior mounting tape be the right choice for mounting the heads without a bracket? Is it even considered okay to not use the brackets? I'm really not wanting to drill there .
I just want to get it right the first time.
