I've never been on a base that had LIDAR, as far as I know. Most bases I go on aren't even big enough to have radar. I've never had a gate guard ask me about my jammers though.

yes but i never knew of a base to have laser guns just some old k-band guns
Edit all you have to do is turn your jammers off. and the majority of them have a power switch!
I frequently travel through Canada where jammers are illegal and all i do is turn the switch to the off position
