    Default LPP sensors work but...

    HELLO
So I instaleld my LPP, the parking sensors work fine, and I saw in an IR camera that the heads send out pulses every 2 seconds, but my fake laser gun tester doesn't make it ring (it makes my Sti alert though)
    Suggestions? Comments?
    Thanks ahead

That is the parking pulse and is normal on LPP.

    Thanks! but
The tester doesnt do anything but I was told its because LPP only responds to true laser pulses... (precise)

be careful if you are in a state that used LTI TruSpeeds as it has yet to be proven that the LPP can jam the LTI TruSpeeds.

I can vouch that it jams the LTI Truspeed... it's been tested in the Houston event... If the the LPP was bought recently from an authorized dealer, then it's the latest upgrade...

Spot on.... I can verify that I have the Laser Tester I got from Radar Roy back in 2006 and that doesn't activate the LPP (It does however activate the Target LRC100 and Defender2) ..

Yea, pretty much. It has to match the pulses found in a lookup table for it to know what jamming algorithm to use. Your tester would have to put out 68, 100, 125, 200, (200.3 if it's a new LPP with TS fix), or 238 pulses per second for it to trigger the LPP.

Alright thanx a lot - it's reassuring. I just bought it from kpmh.ca so I think ill be truespeed safe! Gotta align them perfectly now (IR/nightshot mode from Sony seems very useful btw)
