Installing a Laser Jammer

Okay, Well I do not know much about cars at all!! So is a lot of expirience needed to install your own laser jammer? (note, I dont think I can get this professionally done due to laser jammers being illegal in California). On a scale of 1-10, whats the difficulty level?

I know little about cars, but after you install one, you can install them all.

My first time, I couldnt have done it alone.

From my understanding one of the hardest tasks is getting your heads or receptors mounted even and in the correct place. From there it is just running wires and connecting power. If you have an escort or bel radar detector and you chose to get the zr3 or the bel jammer that interfaces with the detector then there is a little added hastle.
