    Default Jammers illegal in SC?

I just read that they are illegal over there. Looks like I'll be running through quite a bit in the near future...

And it looks like SC laws suck also. It's a criminal offense and it looks like they can fine you up to $1000. Be careful.

    Section 56-5-3870.

    (A) It is unlawful for a motor vehicle to be equipped with or for an operator of a motor vehicle to employ any device that is designed for jamming, scrambling, neutralizing, disabling, or interfering with radar, laser, or any other electronic device used by a law enforcement agency to measure the speed of a motor vehicle.

    (B) A person who violates a provision contained in this section is guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, must be fined not more than one thousand dollars.

So do you run your jammer in SC? I've been through there with them running but didn't know they were illegal

I did have the PA switch installed on my unit. Cliff actually tried to talk me out of it...

This is why the Laser Park Pro is so awesome, it's designed for parking aid, not jamming
