SoCal Jammer Test - March 20

In the 2008 Guys of LIDAR shootout only the PLII and the Traffipatrol XR (not used in USA) punched through the Laser Interceptor unit. Would the PLII be a good gun to test the Blinder? I have a PLII. I might be able to get out to Riverside depending on date / schedule, etc. to see how it does against my PLII. I'm in OC.

Hi 904! I am going to look over some areas that will be most similar to everyday traps that are mostly free of traffic on Sunday. It's going to cost around $300.00 to pay for postage, insurance, etc. All I ask is that whoever shows up pays their share. Bring whatever guns (lidar or radar that is), and we'll shoot them!

I'm way over my hobby budget after buying a M27 and a M47 this week. Don't mind sharing my PLII for free but I'm probably going to pass on rental sharing. My plan was to sell my PLII after I finished my testing. But kind of fun having it to mess around with and I may hold onto it. So I'm triple over budget now. LOL. Any particular reason you want to rent the Stalker?

I would think if you brought a gun, you'd cover yourself.

Mid March on a saturday or a sunday...I would be happy to have other folks get involved in filming and such to make this better. Maybe I won't "lose steam" if others want to chip in on the shipping and planning. I will bring a copy of the shipping bill. From what I understand, we are getting a variety of US used lidars from a VERY GENERIOUS and kind fellow hobbiest. Stalker...LTI...If we get at least 3 brands of lidar total, I will be stoked. Open to other ideas but rememember, ideas are great but chipping in to make this work is even better...Thank you!

We share all our information in a social group. That way you control who sees the info but you are not constantly bombarded with PM's.
