Default Can LEO determine on board Blinder?

I am a newb and did look for this. If I missed it, I apologize.

In some states, the Blinder is illegal. Say a person in such a state uses the Blinder whilst driving and LEO fires a laser gun at the car.

Can the gun tell the LEO that the driver he just shot has a laser jammer activated?

Yes, the driver would slow down and turn off the laser jammer, etc. after being fired upon, but would the LEO have some sort of alert on his laser gun and therefore be able to pull the driver based not on speeding but suspecting an illegal laser jammer?

    Thanks,

The Stalker and LTI Ultralyte have jam codes, the new Laser Atlanta is supposed to even ID the jammer being used.

In tests, Blinder threw jam codes on the Stalker. But, the Stalker also threw Jam codes on my vehicle without a jammer even being used. I don't remember Blinder throwing an E7 (jam) on the LTI Ultralyte, only operational errors E1, E2, E3. Nobody had independently tested the new LA's that I know of.

Whether police would pull you over for jam codes, I don't know. But they probably could. People who use jammers where they are illegal should turn them off when they are at legal speed and allow the officer to get a reading.

I've been hit with laser a few times in VA. One time I did not have a chance to turn the jammer off. I didn't get stopped, but this one time I could see the cops face. Cop was looking at his laser gun with a confused look. Most of laser encounters have been in Maryland where jammers are legal. Both states mostly use Pro Laser III.

In states that don't have specific laws governing jammers, can't a LEO still cite you for obstruction? if he finds you using one. All states have a flavor of this law (obstruction of justice). Don't know just wondering, but seems plausible.

Well i would have had an answer to what codes the Blinder causes, but it seems my ENTIRE thread with all my test results with Roy has been deleted

I found some of my notes and i think i have most the run data.
    i'll try and re-piece it.

As for error codes, the Laser Atlanta didn't give any.
The new LTI gave E01, E02, and E03 codes, but it also gave some of those even without the jammer on.
The Stalker gave some E-04 codes, don't remember off the top of my head if it also gave that without the jammer. i'll have to look over the videos.

I don't think the Prolaser III gave any error codes either.
