In a nutshell, no. To make something effective takes a lot of work.
You might be able to easily make something home-made that works against the Jenoptik LaserPatrol or the Kustom Prolaser....

well, i always interested in the concept of laser jamming, so i wanted to try to make one..
if it's possible of course :wink:

Some feedback on my homebuilt contraption.......

Some pics of the jammer in progress, still under construction...

Testing to start soon (hopefully) 8)

Assembled...

I'm using 8 LED's for the jammer and 2 PIN photo diodes for the detector.

Not really for sale. Was hoping that it may take off as a forum project.

However, the lack of interest in it makes me wonder if it is worthwhile to continue here.... :?

The thing is, you would need to the know pulse rates and various workarounds to jamming each gun (eg. stealth mode), and unless you're in this for the big time, it would be too expensive to acquire all the guns.

Thus, it is not really going to give you much confidence driving around with it.
