Default Help me, Why should I wait for a AL6 when Hela Lidatek LE-30

Help me out please, Why should I wait for a AL6 when it looks like a Lidatek LE-30 is the same type of technology.

I just moved to Los Angeles and I imagine that they use lasers here, Please confirm if you know. But being illegal here, I think that the CHP are familiar with the LED variety of a jammer and that the diode type might not be as recognizable upon an inspection of my vehicle after being stopped for whatever reason. What do you think?

Also if you have any info on the LA area as far as what type of radar they are using around here Please let me know. I was looking at one of those Scorpion jammers for the k and ka banders.

    Thanks for your input

I have been lurking on this forum for about a year now, and I think from what I have read the best jammer out there as of right now is either the M20 or M40.

I live in Socal, and can tell you that cops around here use K and Ka a lot. I have a V1, and have not run into any laser, although there is a lot of pop.

Im thinking of getting a laser jammer too, but have decided to wait until the next GOL laser jammer testing is finished which is taking place April 15-16 I believe. The test should tell us if the LED based M20 or M40 is still the king, or if the newer diode jammers(which i guess are more powerful) are more effective.

Another thing to think about is that since jammers are illegal in california, look for the jammers that also dual as a parking sensor so if you do get pulled over, you can just say its an aftermarket parking sensor and nothing more.

Depending on your car I would wait....The AntiLaser might have better results than the Lidatek LE30

Actually according to the results the Blinder M40 MFG prototype special edition was among the best...

I wonder what is so different and special between the MFG prototype and the retail regular units we buy to cause such a big difference.

    I mean, look at it!

The regular Blinder M40 against the LTI was 1000 odd foot detection, YET with the special MFG prototype we are talking 200 foot and even JTG!

So this proves Blinder Dude DOES have tricks up his sleeve and CAN be the best jammer even against the new diode jammers, but what was so special about the "MFG Prototype" version? Perhaps the power was super juiced and would only last a day? Or special expensive LEDs? Or something else?

The prototype had boosted power I guess......

I guess we will have to wait until GOL to find out!

Yes... but the Blinder Dude hasn't moved the special "MFG Prototype" to production units, and GoL only test products that people can actually buy, not just phantoms.
