Those 2 components are very diff to find... i cant seem to source them anywhere...

i dont know,i can find just EL7202. i must try something because i hawe this LD. i think,its most sensitive part with BSP and must be exactly that mosfet used.

Guys, you can use any MOSFET driver. Nothing fancy about that circuit.

Look at:

- INTERSIL: EL7212EN
- Dallas Semiconductor: MAX4426 and ICL7667
- Motorola: MC 34151 P

And the BSP318S??? RS Electronics dont stock that specific one... do u no any other supplier here in jhb?

Have you tried Mantech in JHB 32 Laub Str New Centre JHB 493-9307
They should be able to order it for u if they don't stock it.
