The Anti-laser Pro-Park does NOT come with a generic pulse train for laser guns not registered on the softwares look up table. This concerns me greatly because I know for a fact a new laser gun is coming out by a well known laser gun maker and a new laser gun manufacturer was supposed to pop on the market 6 months ago(they're still awaiting IACP approval.)
Anti-laser said they would rather you upgrade the unit instead of relying on a generic jamming code. My concern is the upgrade would probably take a while, considering it's taken them this long just to come out with their new jammer. If they spend 1 month to acquire the new gun and 1 month to sucessfully jam the gun that means for 2 months consumers will be with ZERO protection. I say Anti-Laser does what Lidatek and Blinder does and that is setting up a jamming code with an extremly high pulse rate, so their is at least a possibility of it jamming the new gun until Anti-Laser comes out with the exact pulse rate jamming method.
This isn't a thread meant for Drive-Smart to hijack, since this doesn't apply to their product. I would appreciate it if only consumers would vote and let Anti-laser know if you want a high pulse rate generic jamming default if a new gun isn't recognized.
