Well, there are only two logical answers. Either those Ultralytes are really 100 pps or the mystery still remains unsolved.

The 1998 Ultralyte 100/200 manual I got from Suf D says 125pps
The 2007 manual that gzona posted makes no mention of pps that I can find.

Default Re: Ultralyte mystery solved! 100 pps vs 125 pps

Bucking the trend: I have a low serial number UL from 1998 which is 125pps. There also is a UX here which I can't test because its broken.

Ultralyte 100/200 LR Rev 1 (Serial number prefix "UL") - 100 pps

Ultralyte 100/200 LR Rev 2, LR B, Compact (Serial number prefix "UX") - 125 pps

Mystery solved.

Confused...here is the UK, the certificates for UL 100s state 125pps.

Any ideas, or was the info above just US guns?
Are those standard UL 100s or the 100 LRs? Also did you note the rev# ?

Actually it looks more similar to UltraLyte LR-B,because of flat blue buttons on the side.UL 100/200 has black buttons.

YOU ARE PROBABLY WRITE
But in order to be sure we should read the user manual and see if it identically to the LRB or they just use the LRB body.
The fact remains it a regular UL...
