Wow They really screwed up.

I ordered the ZR4 once I saw people on here mention it. I called Escort and they told me I would be a list for it. Everything was smoothly and I kept calling about my status. I called back and it was sent out.


I was excited the unit came today and I open it up and I see the

I'm like you got to be kidding. I see its 1,599.00

I flip a fit

I check online in my banking and I See they sent the wrong thing and charged me 1,600

I'm PISSED I called and told them they charged me wrong amount and the lady goes " oh i see you called in april we didnt even have it for sale then and there's no record of you even ordering/talking about it.

SO now i'm -600 and I'm going to get at least 400$ in over limit fees and I have no money

They offered for me to sent it back with their prepaid label and they would refund ONLY the 1600 so now I'm out 400 for their mistake

What do I do about this

Was it a credit card order or what? If so call the bank and tell them you didn't order this item and have them do charge back.

They only CHARGED you $1600, why would they refund more? If your whining about overlimit fees call the bank, they'll reverse it when they see the refund from escort. Sheesh.

wow they really ****ed up I called for the unauthorized amount and my bank said that it may be hard since they never sent me a conformation on my order.

So now I my bank put 1,100 back on my card since they minused the 449.00 for the ZR3.


Also the lady checked my VISA card and she saw about 3 charges for 449.00 that were denied.


So looks like Escort Screwed up and they wont admit it. I'm going to call now and let them know that information.

I should just go buy a ZR3 in a local store and return it and tell them they sent me the correct one. since they just loyalty ****ed me over
