I drive a Yellow C6 Corvette, with an Escort 9500ix. I also live in an area where Laser Jammers are illegal, but a petty, secondary offense.
Because prices are very low, and it will integrate nicely with the 9500ix, I've picked up an escort ZR3.
As jammers are a secondary offense where I live, you can't be pulled over just on suspicion of one. I also plan on shutting it down with the mute button after I quickly get down to speed (not going to JTG) to give a reading. It does worry me that the rear jammer will stick out like crazy on a body colored license plate of my Velocity Yellow vette.
So, I'm looking for some advice. Should I install the rear jammer, or will it be more stealthy not to (and not give an officer who pulls me over immediate suspicion).
Are 2 ZR3 jammers on the front alone sufficient for a C6 corvette? Should I install the rear Jammer up front (if so any tips on where)?
Would I be better off to just run the 2 jammers upfront and Veil the headlights (than running 3 up front), or should I run all 3 up front AND Veil. I'm not really sure I like the appearance of Veil on the Yellow C6. What's going to give solid (adequate) protection, and raise the least suspicion? What real risk do I run not running anything aft, and is the ZR3 pretty poor on that anyways on a C6 (possibly with a Veiled rear plate).
I should also add that I'm not running a front plate either (required in my state but I choose not to).
Thanks in advance for any advice y'all have.
