    Default Radar Roy's Jammer Tip

Did anyone else get the email from Radar Roy's Buyers Guide reviewing the Q145 remote? I did and says he has a jammer tip for anyone with jammers in his video.
I can't seem to load the video. Does anyone know what his tip is?

The video worked fine for me. I believe the tip was to use the ZR4 shifter pack with the QI45 when/if you buy one. He pointed out that Laser is becoming more popular by the police, which is super true... it has me paranoid. :P

However, I will simply say that the ZR4 is simply not enough... for any application. I would suggest a minimum of the Blinder M47 for the front ONLY for any car... maybe just the M27 for smaller black cars. I personally believe the ZR4 is useless. (Unless you need a good DETECTOR, because that is all its good for.) I also think that while the Blinder is a good jammer, it lacks power.

That is just my two cents. While I can be wrong, I have no intention of going back to Blinder for my next car. I am going LI.

Good luck with your ZR4s. =)

As simple as his tip sounds, some may laugh it off. But it seriously makes a difference, and is all too often ignored.

Well a Jammer is better than no jammer. I guess I just think in terms of being as protected as possible. There is always a risk of being caught speeding. The truely motivated peace officers got some sneaky tricks, I'm sure.

    My opinion:
I think most people will see a product being advertised and think that, "that's it. If I buy that, I will be bullet proof." Or, they might believe the false claims that are advertised.

I just want to stress how important it is for people to KNOW what they are buying and how it works. Before all of you go rush off and buy a ZR4 to feel safe, look at the Guys Of Lidar jammer tests. Infact, before you buy ANY jammer to feel safe, know what you are buying and how well it works.

Blinder M27s work on the front of a large black truck as well. The GOL lidar tests are obsolete until they test the newer models. MOAC showed Blinder Mx7's are serious contenders.

Not many people here would agree with you about that. Having a false sense of security is worse than no jammer at all.

My best advice to anyone looking to buy their first jammer is attend the jammer meeting to see different setup of every car and jammer being used. Reading about zr4 is one thing, watching it get owned in front of your own eyes is another. It's terrible to buy a new jammer thinking you picked a good one because it's cheap and get owned at a test meeting.

I think the Blinder X7 series is a pretty darn good jammer, but with any jammer install is everything.

My M27 on the front of my F-150 has proven quite effective and 2 heads on the rear have proven to be almost as good as 2 LI heads on the rear.

While LI is the king, there is no doubt, the Blinder X7 series is a great product and will work quite effectively in most applications.

4 Head LI (On Vette) (7.11 CPU Regular heads front, HP Heads on the rear)

LI Quad (On Ice Cream Truck)

LI Dual (On SRX, 7.06 CPU)
