I think it is best to start at the top with horizontal strokes. After the first stroke do the same so that your brush runs over about 25% of the last strokes continue to do this till you reach the bottom. DO NOT GO BACK AND BRUSH OVER ANY MISSED SECTIONS THIS IS WHAT MAKES STREAKS. In other words it's a one shot deal. Do the strokes right the first time so you don't have to try to fix anything.
