Default Flaking problems with Veil on the headlights?

I have plastic headlights and after some practice I've been able to get rid of most of the streaks on the first coat. The second coat seems to be the problem because it always starts to flake. I want 2 coats because I saw a test on this board that showed veil didn't work that well with only one coat, but it did work well on 2 coats. 2 coats makes me feel safer. Has anyone else been having this problem? Maybe I'm the only one.

IF you want to do two coats do one on the outside and one on the inside of the lights. This would mean you would have to take you headlights apart

One nice coat should more than do the trick.

Our revised manual recommends that you wait five minutes after shaking before applying as this will ensure the smoothest coating.
