It kinda made me mad to find this considering its not been on there 2 weeks, its chipping on the top of my headlight.

Can you send/post a pic?
I've had the same Veil coating for almost six years now.
You should be doing better...

Is it chipping, or is it peeling?
It's an important different, because peeling can happen when the Veil is applied to a surface that wasn't properly cleaned first, or if it goes on too thick.
Chipping...well, did you drive behind any gravel trucks lately?

Yes
Yes, i'll get a picture and post it up when I get home... It's actually getting worse by the day and I cleaned the headlights really great before applying, shook it up and let it sit as recommended. It may be on a little thick though 8)
justinkk2005,

i had a few thicker bands and it is where mine sorta peeled away. Othyerwise coasting survived a winter on 2nd try.
Veil Guy. A better container for liquid would be great for less spillage
In what circumstance? During application?
We've tried to make it easy for getting 2" and 3" brushes in the solution.

I had let it dry for about 5 days last August and there were some thicker ribbons on the lights. Apparently the bands did not dry well/adhere to the surface as 2 narrow ribbons peeled away with a car wash(those thicker bands). They were about 2-4" long ribbons that were about 1/4-3/8" in width. I did redo that headlight light and it survived the winter as did the other light with the original application.
