Hey, I don't want to put veil directly on my liscense plate, and dont want to use a Laser shield. What is a good type of plate cover for use with Veil? Preferably one it wont eat 8)

I used a smoked cover but any clear cover should work. Then I put five coats of Veil on the INSIDE of the cover allowing approx 20 minutes to dry between coats.Originally Posted by Ovencleaner

I'm curious, what is it about Lasershield plate covers that you don't like, but doesn't bother you regarding a Veiled clear plate cover?
Lasershield cover is completely visable and there should be no reason not to use one... Especiall since they are only $16.95 and perform well.
Never mind, I just pulled my front plate and put it on the dash :]
