Default Veil still effective on cars with DRL?

Is Veil effective on the headlights of cars with daytime running lights?

This question is especially directed at theVeilGuy and Jimbonzz.

I've thought through the topic throughly, and I would guess that Veil would be less effective, because the headlights would illuminate places, increasing reflectivity, but at the same time, perhaps the laser signal can get lost in the headlight beam?

I'm sending Craig Peterson this question also.

Won't make a bit difference as long as they are Veiled.
