does veil affect radar

I always had this on my mind, does veil also affect radar, or does it just affect laser.

Negative. Veil is only an anti-laser countermeasure.

However, speed cameras (which may employ radar or other means of speed detection) which employ IR imaging for number plate identification would be successfully mitigated with a plate cover which is Veil treated.
