Default Where to apply? Besides headlights, that is?

Yes, I'm a total noob. And yes, I read through 4 columns of postings, viewed the headlamp application video, viewed countless photos as well as the April 1 jokes ...

I drive a Subaru Forester (not as much fun as my last car but it looks repspectable for the work I do).

The headlamps are big, so they will be veiled.

I'm opting for the paper front plate and no laser shield.

The fog lights are smalled, but they will be veiled all the same.

The car is white; so I'm conosidering a black bra: there's a full and partial version.

That leaves only the grill and the little, oblong, star emblem thingy... Veil those suckers as well?

Sounds like your on the right track, I would veil all the chrome but I would do a little checking first to make sure the veil doesn't attact the chrome finish!

What about the side-view mirrors? There is a glass face where the blinker/indicator blinks ... it's is on the back of the mirror so it is facing to the front. Is the cop going to shoot the sideview after hitting a paper plate and a veiled headlight?

Certainly not a primary, secondary, or tertiary target.

Beam divergence may be sufficient, however, at some farther distances so it can't hurt.
