    Default Veil G4 on a 97 explorer?

Would using veil G4 on a 97 explorer like this one provide sufficient time to slow down?

Also, i live in california so how likely would it be to get pulled over for using veil G4? I dont use a front license plate either, but i might put it on and get a laser shield.

If your Explorer is that same one in the pic that is a good choice since its black. I would start with a light, even coat on your lights and foglights and go from there because the veil will darken up once it dries.

that is not my exact car, but it is very similar. Mine is black and instead of a gray bumper like on this car, mine is black as well. Would Veil alone be enough to reduce the distance I get clocked at on a car like this? That is all I am looking for. Enough time to slow down when my RD goes off.

Passive countermeasures are not reliable protection.

It helps but should not be used alone but there are videos that shows that it helps out even w/o a jammer too cut down the range of detection. Do your research and make up your own mind.

I understand that it wont JTG all by itself. And since I am in california i dont really want it to. I would only get it if it would provide sufficient time to slow down to an appropriate speed. If i would get a JTG, it might get me pulled over for having a laser jammer. I have researched but havent really found much on SUV's and i assumed it was a little different than regular cars because of the surface area of the front of the car.

The answer to your question is an unequivocal "no".

The others were trying to break it to you easy.
