I do that all the time.
Before returning the vehicle, just get a small amount of household ammonia from the supermarket, apply to the headlights, and then hit it with a powerwasher.
Just try to stay away from metallic silver and/or white cars.
I personally like the dark blue Dodge's often found at the rental agencies.

ok ill see what they pick me up in
Chrysler's/Dodge's are terrific because many of them are aerodynamic in the front which make for low cross-sections.
Obviously, try to stay clear of vehicles with unprotected front plates and/or excessive vertical chrome trim.

The best part about veil is you can veil anything :-) it isnt to hard to remove if you got amonia either.
I remember at SML we used a rental without issue!
i got a gold G6....big headlights!
i put the lasershield already but a bit hesitant on the veil
Just wondering... for a car with a turbo intercooler in the front (like the Mitsubishi Evolution), would that make a hard-to-cover laser target?
You certainly can't Veil the intercooler... it gets super, super hot (and Veil also might reduce it's efficiency)... but would that make a target, all those intercooler fins?
Hmnm..... thats a very good question, ahah. But if i remember correctly, u have a jammer, u dont need to worry about it really!
I might figure an intercooler would almost make a scattering effect, since it would not really bounce straight back, correct?
Dont forget to take off the Lasershield when you're done
