Default I found the secret to removing Veil!

alright, i removed my Veil today because it was really starting to chip and i didnt like that. so after about 30-45 minutes of using alcohol and a towel i said there has to be a better way to do this cuz all the dam rubbing was starting to kill my fingers. so what i did was i got a metal bracket i had lying around, put that inside the towel. then put a little -put your liquid of choice here- (i used Simple Green, i found it works pretty good), on where the metal and towel touch, then scrap the veil off. its hard to explain but what your doing is--- suppose you take a piece of metal and scrap the Veil off, well its going to scrap up your headlight too, thats why the towel is there, then use the alcohol, simple green, w/e to help the Veil come off. i found this procedure quite effective. hope this helps others  .

Did you try an ammonia and rubbing alcohol combo. I have found that combination is terrific.

I read here somewhere that somebody tried bleach...not a good choice!
