Curvy Headlights

Hi all,

Just thought I'd throw this out there for opinions/thoughts.. I drive a Grand Am, which has very cury, non-flat headlights (and in fact, very few flat surfaces at all on the front of the vehicle). In Alberta, front license plates are not required and I certainly do not have one.

Any thoughts if this shape reduces laser reflection or helps scatter the signal anywhere but back to the targetting gun?

I am considering purchasing Veil to help even further, but admit, I find it's price for a new internet product with little exposure thus far a little risky. On the other hand, I see the Veil guy's contribution to the newsgroups here a definite positive sign that there is some integrity here. As a suggestion, perhaps a smaller quantity at a lower price would help lure more people like me into trying it, although I probably will anyway.

A black car that is curved with no reflective surfaces has the smallest "footprint" for a lidar gun read. So if your car is black or you install a black car bra(if your car is not black) and you Veil your headlights and anything else reflective on the front end, you will have a good decrease in the distance a speed reading is attainable.

Example of a good car would be the late model black Pontiac firebird, 1998 to 2002? Curved front end with flip up headlights.

The GA has fairly big headlamps and this will relflect like a real sum*****.

I love my 4th gen fbody for this reason too but more so for the 350 under the hood and sleek styling. It is not black but dark in color with a full flat black bra. I also covered the front fog lights and have no front plate. During the day the only target for a laser gun operator is my skiny little turn signal lights at the far edges of the car. When I am hit from the front, about the only reflection an officer's laser gun gets is from my Blinder. :twisted:
