    Default Update of website?

Does anyone know if the SpeedTrap website is up to date? By the way Roy you've done a superb job on the website. Keep up the good work.

I have posted a few St. Louis Area Speed Traps on the site but I have found that many post Laser guns being used which is questionable.

Speedtrap.org is a NMA web site. National Motorist Assoc.,
Radardetector.net and Roy's other sites are separate.

    Both good resources.

We do our own little speed trap location posts here.

There is another good site out there for Interstate Highways at the following link:

    http://www.beartraps.com/

This along with speedtrap.org are excellent ways to search out speed trap locations. Beartraps is much easier to search than speedtrap.org.

Hint: For searching speedtrap.org, just click to list ALL reports in your State, and then use Edit,Find or Ctrl,F to search the text for your route number.

Not sure if this is a good place to post this but is it legal for a LEO to sit on the roads shoulder without ANY lights on while radar/lasering you? Isnt THAT more unsafe than speeding by a few MPH?? Ive witnessed this more and more, usually at night, sometimes at 'dusk'. I always thought they had to have at least parking lights on if sitting on the roadway?
