On air enforcement in Ohio. It's in the current issue (April 07). It is very interesting and I would recommend buying this issue if you live in Ohio, and for others that want to be informed.
They have 15 planes dedicated to speed enforcement!
I haven't heard of any air enforcement here in central Indiana in almost a year! Ground based laser traps with multiple chase cars seem to be the preferred large-scale speed trap now.
