I haven't seen X band in NH since 1990 or so. And that was in Belmont, where they were still using 70s vintage radar guns that could be picked up from 5 miles away. That said, one can never rule out some podunk town out in the middle of nowhere (up north somewhere) that might use it.

I saw a LEO shake a LIDAR gun like it wasn't working in NH, this weekend.
