Default Northern Virginia Radar band usage question

Have anyone encounter K band radar gun threat in Northern Virginia?

I had 5 Ka band warning so far 1 being IO but no K band threat yet. I'm beginning to wonder if Northern Virginia uses K band at all. One thing for sure in NoVa is heavy heavy laser enforcement.

Ehh I've only encounterd Ka band in NoVa, seems virginia is all going that way. Even my county only brand new cops use K band.

VA countie mounties are being to go all Ka 35.5 is all I know of though I've heard somebody thinks that 33.8 is up north or maybe 34.7 can't remember.

I encounter 35.5 Ka 98% of the time and K band the other 2%. You should see the same, but maybe another Ka frequency.

The State Bubble Gum Machines all use 35.5. County Mounties are the only ones you should see different Ka frequency's if any change at all.

KA is the most common band encountered in the immediate NOVA area. Loudoun, MWAA and alot of the towns(falls church, vienna, leesburg) still have alot of K band though. KA golden eagles tend to be the favorites with VSP and fairfax while loudoun and prince william use a mix of stalker KA's and golden eagles.

Oddly enough, I did have a rare run in with a fairfax county cop running C/O K band on 28 last week. Thats the first time I have seen that in a long time.
