I was driving home from work last night and got passed by a brand new black and white charger, it still had the paper plates and from it's sound was a V8. This guy was having a great time in the new car. He was weaving through traffic like a pro speeder I was trying to keep up to get some decent video but it's hard to pace a speeding police car without attracting unwanted attention so I only caught up when we got held up in traffic. I popped the camera off it's mount and had my daughter shoot it by hand so I could extract the Precinct but it was too dark to confirm what it was.

FYI Houston has 7 precincts so the constables are usually assigned to one, they usually have different markings from each other and are pretty easy to spot. This color scheme was alien to me so he could have been a Galveston County constable. I'm all ???? on this one.
Overall descriptions: Hood, truck and doors were all white. Fenders were black or possibly dark brown. It read "constable" on the drivers door and there was a small seal to the upper left of the "constable" markings. It also read "constable" on the rear bumper. No precinct designation was anywhere obvious. Nice car though.
