DeerPark PD running a true Decoy operation.
No vid on this since I was a passenger in another vehicle when I spotted it. Deer Park PD was running a classic two chase car decoy speed trap on 225 @ Battleground Rd. Monday. The shooter was working from behind a white van parked in front of four construction cones. He was using the Kustom Pro Lite I've seen them shoot before.
When I got home I made a run out to shoot the configuration on Video but they had already gone. Also, because he was set up as a decoy visible on top of the overpass he seemed to making very long distance shots at traffic approaching the overpass.
