From what I have heard on the radio and on my scanner, the Indiana State Police have been running some laser enforcement traps on Indiana interstates.
Today, I heard on the radio that 10 ISP troopers were working I-69 between Indy and Anderson. One trooper stands on a bridge with the laser and radios to chase cars down below on the interstate.
They also recently were running a laser trap on I-70 near Terre Haute.
I guess they were trying to use the element of surprise by running such speedtraps at the beginning of the month.
They haven't done this for awhile so I thought I should post this as soon as I found out.
