Since when did POP become approved in Florida or used?

Where is POP and vascar in NY?
I'm not sure if a Sheriff in Western NY has POP, but 9500ix showed 33.8 about a week ago. I hoping his unit is out of calibration. Have only seen it one time
A Stalker, Kustom or Decatur that's out of calibration will be no where near 33.8 and still be usable. That was an MPH gun, no doubt (unless it was a Cobra false coincidence).
But bear in mind, not all MPH guns have POP. In fact, the BEE III is the only 33.8 POP gun. All other MPH Ka models are also 33.8 but don't have POP. The only other POP guns are the Z-25/35 and those are K-band.
If I'm passing you on the right, YOU are in the wrong lane!
If speed kills, how come I'm still alive?

This is my first post to this board, figured this would be a good place to start:
Casper WY:
City Police: Stalker Dual Ka, Several Lasers. Mounted cops use Stalker Ka and Laser
County: Stalker Ka
Highway Patrol: Stalker Dual Ka, Kustom Golden Eagle/Golden EagleII Ka, Kustom Golden Eagle K band (usually only in the SUV's)
State Park: Old Kustom K band and X band
Shoshone, WY:
Highway Patrol same as Casper.
County: Kustom Golden Eagle Dual K
Thermopolis, WY:
Highway Patrol same as Casper, no SUV's
City: Stalker Dual Ka
County: Stalker Ka and old Kustom K
State Park: VERY old Kustom X
Yellowstone:
Highway Patrol same as Casper
Park police: unknown X band and occasional K band
Hope this helps.

VA's aerial enforcement is on a hiatus. Funding and lower rates of ticket writing have conspired to end the program. Signs are still up.
"At its peak, Virginia State Police issued around 2,145 tickets per year as a result of the aerial enforcement program. However, since then, the numbers have been declining. As it costs about $90/hour to keep the Cessnas staffed and maintained, Virginia has decided to suspend the aerial enforcement program as a result of millions of dollars in budget cuts which have also forced the closure of the Manassas, Virginia airport and the sale of one of its planes."
Virginia Ends Aerial Speed Enforcement Program
I live in the lower half of Michigan and have not seen X band for several years. I have recently found 33.8 being used (confirmed leos) running constant on. So far no POP either.
whoa thanks for the info man!
