I'm not sure exactly where it was, but somewhere arounf the 81 offramp to court street (traveling north) there is camera. I am assuming it is a speed camera. First one I ever noticed in the area, about a couple months ago. I think I've noticed a couple more since I was alerted by the first one with my old Whistler 1773.
As far as I know there are no functioning RLCs in Rochester or Syracuse (I'm in Roch and my parents are in Syr). Many are traffic control and crime prevention cameras. Rochester will be getting some RLCs soon, but I'm not sure when.
I also know of 0 speed cameras either. Many departments have speed signs, but I haven't seen them attached to a ticketing device.
They nixed that idea in Rochester... for now. They just have the crime prevention cameras up, but those are NOT used for speeders (unless you kill someone).
