I would like to start a thread where people can list marked and unmarked cars used in their state, county, city. I thought of this after almost blowing by a Louisiana undercover Dodge Durango (the only thing that stopped me were the lights in the back window, no other markings. It went on to pace and pull over a car right in front of me) today at about 90. After people start listing vehicles, I will go back and edit this original post so it will be easier for people to reference.
NOTE: When listing, state the location, agency, make, model, any identifiable markings, and any other pertinent details, it would be invaluable for people to use when planning long trips!
Preferred format: whether marked or not, make/model, color scheme, light bar?, grille guard?, do most have computers in them (easy to identify at night), common antenna placement?, misc.
Deleware(thanks to Myriad)
Mostly Crown Victorias with skinny lightbars. Navy Blue with Gold Lettering. Most do not have pushbars on the front.
I have also seen a few without lightbars, but are still fully marked.
No lightbar: http://members.fortunecity.com/statepdcars/del123.jpg
I have also seen them use Dodge Durangos, especially on 95. I'm not sure if these guys pull over only trucks, though. The ones I have seen do not have lightbars.
New Castle County:
They use the same types of cars as DE State Police.
All white, with county patrol on the side. Most DO NOT have pushbars (from what I've seen). Some have big domed lights, some have lightbars. Depends on the location.
Seen one of these before. They are all white, and have lightbars, unlike the DE versions. I have never seen one that was undercover.
Florida (check out page 3 for pictures of almost all vehicles listed for FL and more!, thanks to Elvato)
Florida Highway Patrol:
Marked (colors: Black and Tan)
Crown Victoria, light bar V shaped blue-white light bar (34.7, 35.5 Ka), as well as clear light bar (35.5 Ka)
Crown Victora, without light bar (slick top)
Charger, clear light bar
Tahoe, light bar (I think clear)
Camaro, light bar, though these are getting phased out I think
Motorcycles, Harley I think
F250, clear light bar
Crown Victoria, any color, usually tinted windows make the light bars hard to see. I've seen red and grey.
Chargers, I'd assume any color, though I've only see dark blue with heavy tint.

Georgia State Patrol also has marked Chargers in the gray/blue combo (some with lightbars, some without), a few marked BMW 3's in the blue/gray combo (all with lightbars), and several white, gray, and black Chevy Tahoe's that are marked without lightbars.
Indiana (thanks to Rocky2)
Indiana State Police
White Crown Victoria Marked blue stripe on the side.
Black Crown Victoria Marked Yellow stripe on the side. (They are phasing these out and going for the White cars for better visibility.)
Unmarked Crown Victoria (all Colors)
Unmarked Ford Mustangs (all Colors, 18 of these cars in the State total)
Unmarked Camaro, most are hunter green with heavily tinted windows (very few of these left)
Indiana, South Bend,
Chevy Impala White, with SBPD on the side
Crown Victoria White, with SBPD on the side
PA State Police:
Van (seen a few of these too)
NOTE: All PA State Police Vehicles have Blue Municipal Front Plates. AKA: If you see a front plate, it's either a PSP vehicle or a state vehicle (difference is pretty obvious.) Most undercover cars I've seen also have the blue plates (but some don't.)
More info: state owned vehicles have blue plates with 5 numbers followed by "-PA." Vehicles owned/operated by county/municipal government have blue plates that start with "MG-" then numbers.
In my experience, unmarked PSP vehicles have one standard looking PA tag mounted in the rear. Unmarked local police vehicles almost always have the blue "MG-" tags mounted front and rear. An exception would be vehicles used by regional drug task forces for actual undercover use.

Greenville City PoliceDepartment
Several black Dodge Chargers, some have heavy tint
Several white Dodge Chargers, some have heavy tint
At least two Dodge Chargers in the "dark titanium metallic color
Several slicktop CVPIs, standard color scheme
Mainly CVPIs, although there are a couple of fully marked Chargers, with fairly low profile LED lightbars.
South Carolina Highway Patrol
Dodge Chargers in black. Haven't seen too many of them, but they're definitely around. The ones I've seen haven't had tint, so just look for the clear LEDs in the rear window.
A handful of unmarked CVPIs, although I haven't seen them doing much traffic enforcement. Possibly supervisor cars...
A mixture of CVPIs and Dodge Chargers, in the standard (silver-ish) color. HP took away the lettering on the back of the marked units, so it says nothing on the rear of the vehicle now (it used to say "STATE TROOPER." These cars, even though fully marked, are hard to spot, given the lack of any graffics on the back ,and of course the clear/low profile LED light bars. Some of the newer units have pushbars.

I'm not really sure if it is ok to use images from services like flickr and photobucket, so I will just give the links, if anyone is interested in viewing the vehicles...
GCSO marked CVPI
GCSO marked Impala
GCSO marked Tahoe/K9
GCSO slicktop Impala
I do have one shot of the newer unmarked crown vics that the traffic unit is using. It is poor quality, but all I have currently.
Just like above, there's a mixture of Chargers and CVPIs. Have seen push bumpers though even on the slicktop cars.
There are also a handful of slicktop Chevy Tahoes... Also kind of hard to spot. The last couple of Tahoes I've seen have had heavy tint, and the blacked out wheels. I am guessing they may be part of the ACE team, but not sure.
Ok, there are several other departments, but I don't know too much about them. A couple of things, though...
-Simpsonville, SC was really big on using Mustangs for traffic enforcement. I haven't been through there in awhile, but last time there was a navy blue Mustang (not the most recent style) that was totally unmarked and heavily tinted. Also have heard that there are now a couple of other Mustangs in various colors. This is in addition to their regular marked CVPIs.
-Greer, SC has an unmarked Chevy Impala (not the most recent body style) in the GCSO navy/dark blue color. It is heavily tinted. There may also possibly a silver unmarked Impala, but can''t confirm that.
Spartanburg County Sheriff Traffic Unit
There are four or five black Chevy Tahoes that are part of some drug interdiction team, and they exclusively work the interstates that run through Spartanburg County. The trucks are black, heavy tint all around, blacked out wheels. One or two of the units are K9.
Not sure if SCSO has fully marked traffic vehicles; didn't ever see any in the time I worked in the area
The majority of the SCSO traffic unit runs in slicktop CVPIs which usually have heavy tint.
