Default Do instant on guns bleed?

I was driving back to college and the town police had their back to school speed trap set. The cop uses instant on K-band radar. When I first came across him, he was writing somebody up, and I was getting a very weak (one bar coming and going until I got very close then it was one bar consistently) K band signal. Later, when he was in trap mode, I was getting about 4 bars from 1/2 a mile away (and then it would go off, and then on, then off, and then when my turn I was getting 9 bars...well actually I started getting 9 bars when the car in front of me got hit). So, do instant on guns bleed when they aren't "on"?

No, he was tagging cars in front of you, thats how you were picking the signal up

I was referring to the fact that I was getting a very weak signal while he was writing the other guy a ticket as bleed. I know the "real" alerts were becuase he was hitting cars in front of me.

    Default Bleed

My guess was that he was perhaps using a hand held gun, and while he was pulled over the gun was either on the seat or on the floor
