Ok, so I am from California, born and lived there when Silicon Valley was just a bunch of cherry orchards. California is freeway country, and anyone who drives there learns the basics, like what an on-ramp is for. Accelerate ASAP to the traffic flow speed and merge.
After driving in Utah for over a year I have seen a trend. Drivers crawl along the on-ramp and take their time to accelerate, usually after entering the slow lane. Some are really bad and it scares the hell out of me because I am the one who will get hit from behind by that semi-truck.
