I will be on Winsted/Atlanta tommorrow from 7 am till 2pm. Monday 5/10/2010 Posted speed limit is 35mph posted clearly 3 times from the Mopac exit ramp to where I'll be sitting.

KA band instant on. Bike mounted Talon. It's been tested, has all it's shots and is house trained......
