Not so sure about that. I make a bee-line for shade in the summer. That said, I drove by at around 2pm. Did the rains made you pack for the day Fritter?

Agreed^ Texans generally make adjustments to get in the shade. The difference is we don't run around panicking when it gets scorching. We just keep water around and start moving slowly so we don't burn extra calories.

and for the record: Fritter is a Michigan transplant to Texas. I doubt he likes Texas heat much, but like most Michiganers is not likely to complain about it.

Only got 18 in 6 hours. I did take a break and went to stand in the beer cooler at the corner store. It was hot.
