Default LIDAR expert in Quebec/Montreal area wanted ?

Probably next year, I will have to challenge a huge ticket in court that was given to me about a year ago. Officer said he was able to get my speed with a laser gun but I highly doubt that for a few reasons ...

1 - His position (almost completely behind a small hill on the side of the road ) and I saw the front end of the police truck and immediately slowed down --> NOT a rear hit

2- He was in the car, it was very dark outside and my car is black with no front plate and black kidney grilles.

3- At the time, I had a STI Driver and it never picked up the signal and usually it always did.

I'm not sure I'm in the right topic to post that kind of thread but if you have any suggestions I am willing to pay good money for a LIDAR expert to come in court and destroy the testimony of the probably ( or let's say maybe ) lying OR incompetent officer because the reading he said he got was waaayyyy too high compared to the speed I was doing.

    Please help

Your best bet is SOS ticket . An excellent lawyer will do better than an laser expert.

At the time you saw the police then slowed down , he probably had
    your speed already.

Because of the darkness , he used your headlignts as aim , thus shooting low
so the laser beam was not picked up by the sti.

Was it local or state police ?

local ... and I already have a good lawyer who knows most of the other good lawyers around here. Honestly I think the reading he supposedly got was like 15-20km/h more than what I was actually doing . Not sure I have so much trust in SOS ticket being used to the procedures and how it usually works ...

Good luck and report us what happened , about sos ticket I dont have
any experience with them , just hearsay.

One thing is sure : laser ticket is hard to beat but not impossible ,
an experienced attorney (with connections) is a must.

    Ever tought of cms ?
