I live in Atlanta, GA and I am just trying to get a few details about the laws surrounding police giving speeding tickets in Atlanta, GA, or anywhere else.
Does a cop have to clock your speed with some form of a radar gun or a laser in order to give you a ticket? Can they just pace you if you don't notice them? And if they pace you, do they still have to clock your speed.
Do laser and radar guns contain a database of clocked speeds on it or are they connected to the officers computer?
What evidence do the police have of you speeding that can be used in court?
Thanks for the future responses...
