Jammer beaten
Just got off the road at 1:00pm.
4 detectors, one said that his went off but it was too late.
One jammer. The driver wouldn't disclose anything other then admitting he had it. I inspected his front grill and he had the "sensors" mounted. There were 2 mounted high and one low(below the front mounted LP).
I would get into details on the make and model of car and such but he stated that he knew about the website and he closed his eyes and shook his head when I told him who I was. If he wants to out himself then that's his perogative. I'm going not going to out of fair play.
He then got kind of short with me. So I finished the stop and let him go.
Again, he didn'e tell me what he was using but the display kind of reminded me of the old detectors. It had a display but when I tried to read it he "zeroed"? it out. The sensors were black and plastic and looked like 1 by 1 inch squares.
I determined his speed at 74 mph in a 55 mph zone.
Every other vehicle save for the ones I got a E01(operator error) I was able to get a reading. So unless the car with the jammer was going the speed limit I wouldn't know how many passed me.

Which gun where you using my friend?
-
Ultralyte Laser. A very old POS at that. I think it was a motorcops once. (They get all the good stuff)
The aiming dot was a little low and it didn't have the shoulder attachment so I had to brace it with my elbows.
Average distance was between 1100 and 800 feet.
I think I remember that my friend was around 1080 ft.

Doesn't surprise me. Your gun gives LED jammers a run for their lives.... Its also a harder gun to detect:
Laser Reception Performance Comparison Charts Grouped by Detector
Ouch....
He also could have had the heads not level....
Either way:

Very interesting indeed. Fritter really seems to have his curiosity peaked with regards to radar and lidar countermeasures. I think that he is an addicted gadget fanatic like a lot of the rest of us!
