So I'm sitting at a resturant on Lakeshore, firing down a pita and what drives by? A Caprice Classic from the early 80's painted in Black and White with what appeared to be a giant X band radar sitting on the dash. I almost fell over. Is the OPP running out of Cars and dusting off the old one's?
