I left northeast Ohio on April 21st, and returned home on May 11th. I initially headed south through GA and made my way over to TX. I toured TX for about 4 days then made my way past the Grand Canyon and then to southern CA. I toured CA up to Napa Valley, then shot home via 80 east. My moving average was . . . well . . . let's just say that I fractured every speed limit that was posted. The V1 worked flawlessly, saving my butt in EVERY State at least once. About 5 times in Texas alone!!! 8) I don't know how I lived without a V1 for so long. :? If you're on the fence about getting a V1 for your bike . . . GET OFF!
And the V1 Remote Audio Adapter sending the beeps into my intercom system was just the ticket. I mounted the Remote Audio Adapter near my left handgrip so I could easily adjust/mute the volume of the V1.
